As the world’s focus has finally turned to the critical need for both the corporate and consumer sectors to evaluate their contribution to our global environment, it is imperative that educational tools and information are in place that will provide a means by which trade workers, small businesses, entrepreneurs, community based organizations, and consumers can transition to green practices.

SoGreen’s program goals are to provide “making the change to green” educational and training modules to the labor, consumer and business sectors. These training and informational sessions will provide definitions for the green job and green collar industry.

The training modules will outline what trade and career positions are available in the green industry and what trainings or “greening up” is required to participate in these industry sectors.
